• If any of the items have come in contact with bodily fluids other than sweat. (We will still clean them, we just have a different protocol for those items.)

 

A few things to note:

• We do our absolute best to get your items turned around and headed back to you as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for shipping delays and we may have other customers ahead of you. Please, please let us know in advance if you have a tight turnaround. 

• We offer several payment options - you can pay online via an email invoice, we have Venmo, or we can take your credit card payment over the phone. We do ask that payment is completed once the items are cleaned and before we ship them back as, unfortunately, people have forgotten to pay once they received their clean items. 

• We generally use UPS Ground for return shipping as they have the best shipping times for the cost, but if you prefer we use another carrier, or if you want to send us a return label, that's fine too. If you require faster shipping, we will do our best to accommodate, but you will be charged the additional cost. 

• We do work with OMP/Bell Helmets at their Pro Shop here in Mooresville, so if your Bell Helmet or OMP suit also needs repairs, check with them about adding on a cleaning.
